That's the slot for our first show - 60 mins - then the shows from mid March onwards will be 90 mins.

Although it's never been a regular listen for me, I've always enjoyed Mixing It when I could catch it, and am really delighted that you have been able to find a new home. Shame on those who exiled you, and very bests for the future!

Well done sirs!

I do hope there'll be a 'PODCAST' version of the show for those of us in Scotland. (even the new antenna wont reach that far!  Wink  )

Rob the station is available online, and the homepage talks about podcasts too.

And Resonance uses higher bitrates on the internet than the BBC does, so the sound should be better. Potentially as good as, or better than Radio 3 digital broadcasts on DAB, Freeview or satellite.

Fabulous news, and congratulations (and thanks) to all involved...

Due to family reasons, I'm going to miss the first show - is there a 'Listen Again' facility?

Forgot to mention earlier: the Resonance Listings page currently makes no mention of the new Mixing It slot...

I've just been in touch with Resonance - they've just changed the listings to incorporate MIXINGIT - and Weds 11pm is to be our regular 60 minute slot until further notice. So from tomorrow night it'll be on every Weds.

We're working on a podcast. We'll keep developments posted here. But the legal/rights requirements are a bit of a nightmare - what does everyone feel about a possible £1 subscription fee per 90 minute programme?

Looks fair enough to me. Do try and make it at a decent bitrate though, won't you? Otherwise folk will just make a point of grabbing the programme at the time of transmission. Any chance of posting a provisional play-list here?
