I was partaking of my traditional Friday lunch half-pint, and missed the programme...

B*gger all. R Bolton read out some complaints and played bits of interviews - a fair selection, but only on the topic of the schedule changes - and R Wright replied, "Yes, but I'm Right". (I may paraphrase slightly.)

Messageboards are next week, apparently.

Sounds like the sketch from Saturday Night Fry (1988) where a new controller is told "Everybody seems to hate you" and he replies with a laugh, "Well, I think that shows we've got the balance about right". Programming changes but attitudes don't.
