I was listening today to Maki Ishii's So-Gu II for gagaku and orchestra and I quite liked it.
Does anyone know anything else by him?

9 seconds of Maki Ishii for all (I was looking to see whether his "Orochi" ws bunged on there).

Other than that I've heard "Kaguyahime Ballet (Night gleam princess)" a long time ago, only gave a listen, thought it ok, etc. can't remember why I tried to search anything at all by him in the first place.

Oh! That's that recorder piece!
I remember a rather good recorder player, who happened to be a close friend, talking about it.
Sadly we're not close anymore and she lives a very long way away and never played the piece I wrote for her.
