There was a programme on TV too recently, with film, didn't see any musical performances, no sound anyway  Sad

I did see one like Grew, in Mongolia  Grin

The TV programme (in four parts on BBC4) was about the work of Albert Kahn, who devoted 20 years and a considerable fortune to documenting the world in colour photographs, before during and after the "war to end all wars". I highly recommend catching a repeat of the series if you can. You don't have to be a photography buff or even a historian -- you'll just be engrossed by the views of ordinary life in that time.

(No music, but there were several filmed performances of traditional dances.)
