As I recall the consultation on remarriage of divorcees still drew the line at marrying in church those whose relationship was a cause of the breakup of the earlier marriage, which would probably have applied to Charles and Camilla.  Certainly in the Church in Wales when my uncle (a clergyman, so this wouldn't be applicable to the general case) wanted to remarry following a divorce he was grilled by (I think) all 6 diocesans to ensure his now second wife had been in no way invovled in teh break up of his first marriage (of course it now seems taht one of the current Welsh diocesans is having a few issues in this area himself).

But bumping off Diana would make no difference.

The other reason Fayed asserts for her supposed murder was a relationship with a Muslim.  But as was pointed out at the inquest to him, she had had a Muslim lover for a couple of years previous.

Fayed said something that a brain surgeon was just "someone in a council flat" who could not be compared in status to his son.  Some would think that being a brain surgeon requires rather more talent and personality than being born the son of a millionaire.
