 The baritone Erwin Schrott is being sued by the Rosenblatt Recital Series for breach of contract. Schrott (the fiancé of soprano Anna Netrebko), has, according to a statement made by Ian Rosenblatt, “made it clear that he has no intention of honouring his contract to appear in the Rosenblatt Recital Series on June 11, 2008 at Cadogan Hall, London, with the Philharmonia Orchestra”. This is the second time that Schrott has failed to honour his contract.
