He should not fool himself into believing that a subtle change in the final letter of his name will conceal his true identity. He is still being closely watched!

In my two-penn'orth, it says much of the human race that this man has been permitted to live. History furnishes plenty of examples of tragic accidents which resulted in the death of someone objectionable. Presumably when he needs urgent medical attention he relies on a trusted physician? until then...
