Opera fans in Palermo, who feel they have been short-changed on the number of performances cancelled, foreshortened, or withdrawn, are bringing legal action against the Opera Management.  However, this is not just a civil case - the fans allege a breach of the Italy's Criminal Code, and the action will be heard on that basis...
