...which is great if you don't have to deal with (troll side of )human nature other than numinously for a bit. Clearly you are a man with a shed or a master at melting invisibly into your environment Cool. Totally agree about Mahler 3.

Tchaikovsky 6 has a 5/4 minuet...

Unless I've missed them though, there aren't any 5/4 bars in Mahler 3. There is rather a lovely moment in the alto movement where the cellos are playing 7 equal notes in the bar while the basses play 5, though.
