I'm confused about this press release which refers to 2008 BBC Proms Composer Labs yet the works are to be heard 17th Aug this year  Huh

It maybe should be the other way round? i.e.:

The works by which they became the winning five will be professionally performed ... on 17 August, and each of this winning five will then receive commissions for 2008

I think that's it.
