No, I'm not a complete idiot. I'm only a halfwit. In fact I'm actually a catfish.

I can't honestly be bothered to find the message where all this 'happened' but I seem to remember that it was you who said that silly names weren't welcome, I protested that I would call myself a silly name if I wished.... wasn't that one of the comments at least?

Oh that such a respectable letter as yourself should ever adopt a silly name.

Then I suggest you find it because it was a mocking reaction to the responses I received from the membership here, but you just didn't see the joke or the irony in any of it.

To my great surprise when I first arrived here it was some of your members who saw fit to mock the names of some of my members. Something I've never experienced before in 10 years involvement in CM forums. This is a simple fact you will have to deal with.

And lo! The Senate awakes! And Bryn, you think I haven't heard that one before, like 30 years or more ago??

Far from it. I would expect you to hear it several times a day, and with good reason.

I don't mind being insulted, but, be a love, use your imagination Bryn... there's a good chap.

I work for IBM at their big office by the South Bank Centre, so I don't know too much about bins. But I will not let this tomfoolery divert matters from the topic in hand, some members have have made a mockery of this forum. If the owner had had more spine he would have kicked all the Trots and all the other loonies out way back. I know I would have.

Trots:     "Diarrhea (in American English) or diadumpa (in British English) is a generally unpleasant condition in which the sufferer has frequent watery ..."

Thanks google!

So you disrespectin' those in our midst who suffer from bowel-conditions then dear Rod?

Why don't you quite yo' idle jibber-jabber and run for mod here then in the third election?

(I am noting that you did not take up my invitation to talk about music earlier).

Rod,

I can see you are sympathetic to the attempts by the forum mod (myself) to deter political discussion here, last month, but things have moved on since then and a team of moderators is in the process of being assembled.

Whatever the outcome I will remain enthusiastic about R3ok and will encourage a moderation style that deals with trouble fairly. If you are not careful, Rod, you may be the first target of the new mod team  Roll Eyes Tongue

This is not really about you John. Perhaps I got it wrong about the site owner? He just retired to 'spend more time with his family'? You need not worry about me much longer, I do recall you said you were worried about you own neck, but it seems you're towing the committee approved line now...  Roll Eyes

Well being a good boy and bending the knee to political correctness was never my style so I'd be no use here. Good luck, but you'll always be watching over you shoulder.

Brutus...? Is that you in the shadows....?
