Thanks to ALL for a very civilised and proper set of elections. I think the quality of the moderation team we now have speaks volumes about that.

Indeedy, nobody can ever get things totally right, the answer is a whole bunch of mods.

I myself, on facebook groups, often just give everyone or something like 15 people 'admin rights' to show it is a 'not invented here' and 'not my little fiefdom' thing,plus totally shares out any work required. Smiley
