Oh for a muse of fire, that would ascend the brightest heaven of our invention!
Unfortunately fire regs don't allow us to do pyrotechnics, and Mrs. Toggin with a candle, on the end of a rope isn't going to have quite the same effect.

Actually, it really is called a rackett, or sausage-bassoon - all the sounding length of a bassoon folded up and neatly packed into a double-handful, with all the fingerholes in easy(ish) reach. Or am I being ignorant again, and you actually meant the Oceanharp? Seems to be some sort of relation to the aeolian harp, but having never seen one in the flesh, I don't really know.
