Well I've listened to the programme a couple of times and I think it is on the whole excellent.

The real representation of Andy's and my generation were Half Man Half Biscuit and 'Corgi Registered Friends'.

Apart from that it was purely musical excellence.

A friend of mine said that everybody hears music differently. I'm sure he's right. Andy had a bizarre choice to represent Neil Young: 'Over and Over' from Ragged Glory. It wouldn't be my choice but like my friend said; everybody hears things differently.

Now my favourite was James Carr and 'You've got my mind messed up' from 1966. You want to hear the story that goes with that record. It's worth the price of admission alone.

Other first class records were Chuck Berry with 'Promised Land' and Dick Gaughan with 'Song for Ireland'.

I'll be keeping this programme on my files......permanently!!! Need I say more?

I loved the Albion Band track, I had previously associated them with purely instrumental music.
