I could only see big E all my life. Now I have to put drops against undesirable pressure in them.
I wonder how long will they last. (Who will go first me or my eyes). This is really too dark.

Mr tp complains that he needs glasses now. Finally he bought them last month, but I did not see him using them. He complains a lot. He always had good vision. For me I think people appear close to me right away.

I am grumpy today. A student left (clarinet) and he is not steady with his pieces. We need ollie to couch us. It is diploma exam. I am not steady myself and have to practice, but can not get inspired. The student got a job in banking industry with futures and market somewhere. Ollie, why are you so far away?

Not so far away, but yes, too far away to help your clarinettist I'm afraid. But if he has a job like that maybe he doesn't need my help...

He will start in September. For now he is getting his MA. He is just not steady on the clarinet. Also the sounds that come out of it are not all pretty. There are sqeecks etc. It might be that he doesnot practice enough.
You have to come here ollie and give master class. We don't have clarinet players here. We don't have oboe too (neither teacher nor students).
Flute teacher teaches beginners on clarinet. I just don't understand why the student doesnot improve. Is it his breething or is it fingers that he doesnot get. Also the sound is often is unatractive (though it is a little better).
It is hard to play technical things when he is not steady. He is playing the other Weber now a Duo for clarinet and piano. It is spectacular piece. Also Horowitz sonata and Messager.

You are playing contemporary repertoire, ollie? I have to talk to our mistress here. I want Ian to come and I want you to come. She offered to investigate R. B. I should take her on that. Unfortunately the next season is set already.
When people come they usually give master class (wind players do). We used to have a band, but the conductor got a good job in Birmingham I think. (i can ask). There are brass players. But clarinet is really a problem.

Tommo, What different kind of help can he get from me? May be it is phychological problems. May be he is too nerveous and has to distract himself. May be he has disturbances in his brain.

t-p,

Just a silly comment from me suggesting he needed his head seeing to if he wanted to go into the city.  Of course, many people will enjoy that sort of thing, but I just can't see the attraction.

£ at the expense of fulfilment, maybe?

I could only see big E all my life. ... For me I think people appear close to me right away.
The two often go together, don't they? Especially on a Saturday night ...

Tommo, He is very art oriented student. He loves music, plays piano and clarinet. He knows more music than I do. He is really going to be one of you guys.
His BA was in French and commerce. However, his parents perhaps, orient him to money. Parents are publicans.
He is a nice boy from rural country.

Who is your avatar t_is_now? You said it was Schubert, but I did not believe it. It is a picture of you. I knew it. I think you are a very charming man.

I thought it was authoharp. Is it you? I think it is very similar to the avatar. It is you in pensive poetic moments.

Which did you think was autoharp, t-p? I've edited my message so you can see which is time_is_now and which is Schubert Wink

I think it is you t_is_now. It is not Schubert. If you make eyes like that, have a little longer hair and take a pose without smiling, inspired kind of pose.
The picture is a drawing and it could be anybody really (not me of course, but a young boy).

who is a man on t-is-now avatar. It is not Schubert. I never saw this picture. Please tell me it is t_is_now himself, shaved, with longer hair and dreamy expression on his face.

t-p, it really is Schubert! Drawing by Leopold Kupelwieser, 1813.
