The moderation on this board will definitely be kept to a minimum. However, at times there may be posts that you think shouldn't be allowed to stay. If this is the case, there is a set procedure to follow.
1. Find the offending post.
2. At the bottom right hand side of the post there is a link named 'Report to moderator.' Click the link.
3. Enter your comment and click submit. The request will be sent to the administrators account
4. If you want a reply, please state so. Any replies will be sent to individuals E-Mail addressed.
Michael.

Here here and furthermore I suggest that the length of the posts on this board should be restricted SMS style. Not only would this make moderation much easier but it would reduce the amount of abuse and boring blah, blah, blah, rhubarb, rhubarb, rhubarb that prevaileth herein. As far as I'm concerned if one cannot make ones point in a short message then thou art nothing but an unedu

160 characters is the maximum length of an SMS. I think I envy you not knowing that, Tony...

Innocence has its rewards. I'm not going to ask what an SMS is as I've managed up to now without one.

You have a point, MT Wessel, but I've read some really interesting long posts recently. I wouldn't want to prune any of the posts by quite a few of our regular posters. Whereas, some posters' verbose ramblings could do with a severe prune... And as for overusing smileys...

Merely corroborative detail, intended to give artistic verisimilitude to an otherwise bald and unconvincing narrative.

I've never heard of those, Ron. I've led a pure and simple life.

OK, so we have the facility to complain about a posting. What happens then? I imagine and hope that what happens is that our elected moderators take any action they see fit. I trust them, don't you? I don't think it's fair on any of them to expect responses to complaints immediately - they do have lives to lead, like most of us I imagine.
