What I don't understand is, are we all here because we're so similar and love the same things (this here forum being prime among them)? Or would any gullible fanatic (un)lucky enough to have discovered these boards end up in the same position?
Are we just the actual tip of a potential iceberg of foraholics?

Yikes, I've jumped the gun a bit there. The links to topics include #topic and suggest we've reached the 2000 mark but you're right the stats suggest we've removed or archived 47 of them. I think archived ones still count so we have removed 47, but do not fear they will have been mainly early welcome threads of one or two messages that were pointless keeping later on
