Don't worry, Mary. They're not as scary as people sometimes make out.

The Italian Modernist's career came to a sudden end.

Missed all these posts until now. Where did you get that time of 11.15 from, Stanley?! The listing on the R3 daily schedule just says 09.00-12.15.

No serbatoii (pl?) in my broadcast, though it does end with a toilet. Wink

The Radio Times says 11.15, Tinners. I wouldn't take it too literally - the timings are usually only approximate.

Yes, tinners, the full schedule is for 3 hrs and a quarter but the RT also includes a breakdown for each feature.   The 11.15 hrs timing may, indeed, be fairly accurate, as the programme usually ends at 12.15 hrs, promptly.     Worth noting, too, that Disc of the Week (the final item) features Berg's Marsch (3 Orchestral Pieces, Op 6; and Rondo (Symphonic Fragments) (Lulu).

No serbatoli?   ANY item which includes a toilet will be considered risque in the present climate!

I'll be listening! (Perhaps collectively we can reassure tinners that he does indeed have an Oldham accent.)  Wink
