And it wasn't me who requested it, honest, Ron!  Grin  An enjoyable piece, though.

Those who are desperate to make it to Brighton on March 9th, but will be tragically unable to do so for reasons of geography, religious belief or an unhealthy addiction to Sunday roasts at home may like to know about this:

Ah yes, I had that circled in the newly reduced Radio 3 listings in the Radio Times this week. As I'm one of those unable to battle with the trains and buses on 9th of March, I shall be listening keenly on Tuesday evening.

Tak for rmndr, m. (Like tak far mad, but with less food and more notes. ... And not so blond!)

I thought I was going to miss the broadcast, but I'm suddently grateful for new regime of 7 o'clock starts. I have to be somewhere between 8 and 8.30, which just gives me time to tune in (assuming I can do so online? I'll be at work) before I leave. Smiley

[Note to self: Don't forget score in morning!]

[Admonishment to self: I did!! Sad]

"Well, put t'wireless ont instead then Ethel!"

"By 'eck, don't you know we can't get R3 on t'wireless, we are what is officiously called geographically challenged"

p.s.  I think Martle sounds just like he looks

Oh butter! There I was tuned to R4 for The Archers when I could have been tuned to Radio Martle!

Oh well, never mind, this Gershwin's nice! Cheesy

Me too Ron, I've got the first piece in the concert on MD and HD. I've left the MD running to record the rest of it in case I get round to listening to it.

You were listening to the Archers instead MJ?!?!

Accidentally, honest! Isn't that better than falling asleep to it?  Undecided
