I went down a route of thinking that the first 4 were "Nefertiti" (Knee-Fart-Tee-Tea).  But that stopped there.

= Donkey + hoe + tee = Don Quixote   (I know, I know...it's Don Quick-sot, but I couldn't find a skateboarding drunk!)
