The piece of music was created as a ballet for elephants to dance!

For Vinter, you need a different word to search under, other than 'elephant'..... a work for bassoon. Like your new avatar, John!

Here’s a musical connection with a difference. We’re going on a Mediterranean Cruise, visiting different ports and islands in the company of different composers. The composers are listed in a logical ‘itinerary order’, but I’m not saying where we begin or end our tour; I’m sure you’ll get your bearings soon. Some days involve an inland excursion. Bon voyage!
Montsalvatge Bridge Poulenc Wagner Rachmaninov Massenet Cage R Strauss Schubert Verdi Mozart Dizzy Gillespie Rossini Godowsky Ibert Albeniz

I'm afraid I'm starting at the end Albeniz - Iberia Ibert - Chapeau de paille d'Italie Godowsky - Arabian Chant Rossini - Italian girl in Algiers Gillespie - Night in Tunisia
but I guess Ibert took a wrong turning and Godowsky got lost . . .
