Southern Ocean? O. Sud. No, can't be.
Looks a distinct possibility, George. I did wonder about a Czech song title which had an 'arctic' sounding word in it, such as Můj drahý tatíčku. Couldn't we have a sub for the Janacek? George Lloyd's Symphony No.4 is titled the "Arctic"! But I suspect we'll all be kicking ourselves once the Czech answer is revealed.

The Cunning Little Arctic Fox. No.
Either kicking ourselves, IGI, or all round to Martle's house to pull his trousers down and throw his cap until a nettle patch.

Is there a lead to found here...
"For a modern nation surrounded by potentially hostile neighbors, without access to the ocean, the Czechoslovak leadership needed to build a capable air force. So was born the motto "Our sea is in the air."

The Glagolarctic Mass. No.
I fear you may have just stumbled across it, GG...it's certainly got the 'groan factor' and what was it martle said... The name of one of these pieces will, once you've discovered it, make you laugh till you're sick. It did me, anyway!
Yep...Glagolarctic Mass it is!

Hmm. I don't know though. What's this cryptic remark about? I doubt you can get the fourth required word out of Janacek... So...

Just that martle hasn't reckoned with your legendary ability to spot a pun from half a mile away, George. Let's not forget bbm has a teaser waiting patiently in the nmc queue: Richard Strauss Vivaldi Britten Beethoven Rossini

Glagolarctic?? Ok, think I may have confused you. So I'll throw in the Beach: Grofe - Atlantic Crossing Fanshawe - Pacific Odyssey Beach - Arctic Night The Janacek is the gigglesome one. Worth a tiny bit more hunting...

Janacek didn't write anything about "Billy", did he? Tommo Edit: somehow this came out as Jabanacek first time round, which is now Janacek.

Tommo. Oh, I seeeeee, Marters (I think). I thought IGI had satisfactorily knocked Amy Beach on the head with 'An Indian Lullaby'. So we are looking for an 'Indian' for Janacek (Mmmm! Nice armpits, green one. Enticingly balmy this morning.)

Sorry, I seem to have well and truly bugled up the handling of this one. But never mind, it's nearly over. <WAFT>

Good evening, oh cardinal one. No, it's a keyboard work, in fact. One last look, or shall I apply the braces?
