It could be the music from the Bournville Chocolate advert that you just can't get out of your head? Lloyds TSB? The theme tune from Dr Zhivago or even Dr Who? Soz, I stayed on topic but that was the rest of it

It was the yeast, you see. I told her it was the wrong sort, but would she listen? Well, no wonder the whole event was a disaster. Shame about the Mayor though.

I always thought that if you throw a plate of spaghetti at the wall and more than three strands stick there, there's going to be a hailstorm in the next week. I think I read that somewhere in Dawkins' The Blind Watchmaker.

Dawkins' The Blind Watchmaker.
Funnily enough, Richard, Tennstedt's Mahler 5 is just about unbeatable, IMO, for its sheer drive and propensity to induce thoughts of Lord Byron.

Whereas Marx points out in chapter 28 of Das Kapital that during the feudal era, branding, flogging, enslavement, imprisonment, and execution were all acceptable forms of punishment for the crimes of begging and idleness.

While use of the Scolds Bridle fell out of favour due to the lack of appropriately skilled craftsmen, it is believed that much lobbying for its reinstatement takes place by stealth.
