People in my building decided to play music until around 2 this morning (or possibly later). Every now and then (about every half an hour) there was this thunderous knocking though I've no idea if it was on a door, a wall or a floor. I tried putting ear plugs in but (and this is unusual) they made me feel sick. Finally I also discovered that I was too hot and my pulse was racing, so lost the blanket that I put on the bed a few days ago (it has been cold at night recently) and took my top off and suddenly dropped off.

I find it beneficial to play to a teddy bear (I think I have mentioned this before). They are really good at getting over nerves.
