The only way I can do anything of this kind is to set myself , (or be set one by some other event) a dead line... that sure focuses the mind!

I de-cluttered when I moved five years ago and filled an embarrassing amount of paladin bins. In the end, the caretaker wheeled one just underneath my kitchen door, wheeled it away when it was full then wheeled back an empty one . I had a 3 bins a day habit back then. Since this is such a wee little house I knew I would have to discipline myself in the clutter department. Guess what? Sigh.

Actually the man was an utter sexist barsteward, given to leering and trying to grab a grope. Bleeetch. I didn`t play the game so he responded by trying to make trouble for me with the landlords. I suspect the only reason he helped with the bins was that he was pleased to see me gone. Anyway, I got the last laugh. He was sacked 2 weeks after I left. Yaa boo to him !

Oh what a beautiful morning, oh what a beautiful day. Hello clouds, hello sky ...... Skips off to make a daisy chain making sure that she picks only the strongest ones with which to make a noose to place around the caretaker`s scrawny, `orrible little neck and then ..... STOP IT MORT. THIS INSTANT!

Double birthday tomorrow - two grandsons, one 7 and one 2 years old. What are the odds on that I wonder? Both sons to have their first-born child, a son, on the same day only 5 years apart....
What games do loud over-excited, food-fighting 7-year-olds play when it's cold & raining ? ...Hide 'n seek ? musical chairs ? musical bumps.. ... musical statues!! the game where you're blindfolded & have to find people, -can't remember name... snap ...naughts 'n crosses for the intellectually understimulated "I spy with my little eye" ...hot-damn, out of ideas already Sponsored silence? Sleeping lions?

I've chickened out re. the older one's party. I've booked it in a hotel. Traditional with traditional party games. We've invited his entire class, same as last year and there are also some extra children that we know besides. The thought of having all those in my house would do nothing for the nervous system The baby party tomorrow is at my son and daughter-in-law's home so I think I've escaped scot-free really - apart from the expense of it all of course!

Morning DC. How did the concert do? Sorry I wasn't able to make it over.
Did you go to Dillon too? What did you think of Andromeda?

Hi Mr. T-I-N, pleasantly surprised you remembered, I think I shall write in a new post, perhaps later on today describing recent concert events, monsieur le biroc saw much more of the Musica in Strasbourg than I did (especially the Nunes events), I only went to the one concert. I've got to sort out my tax right now but shall get on with writing something up later on, under "concerts". guten morgen, by the way ein brezel, oder ein kurbiskern brotchen? (- it's a question I'm often asked )
