Good Morning (belatedly) Not a good one, feel exhausted, was up till 2am talking to some Ozzies, it's damp and drizzly, just put some washing in the machine and notice my trousers have come apart at the seam Definitely going to be a chocolate day I think. Morticia, why has your atavar disappeared? Huh? Well, I can see myself so I guess I`m not a vampire I`ve already had my first chocolate fix. Guess it`s downhill from here and then my trousers will come apart at the seams. Sigh.

Everyone else has an avatar, you just have a blank and Mary has a little box with a red cross Now the blind in the bathroom has broken!! Perhaps I should go back to bed?

It does look tempting A .............. I could do with a few more ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ's It's my own fault for staying up until the early hours.
But I must try and fix the bathroom blind soon (bearing in mind it'll get dark earlier today and it's gloomy enough as it is) plus 101 other things to do.

Of course, various people have tried to tell me I need to cut down the chocolate (including my dentist), but I maintain it's the hard work of getting the wrapper off that does the damage. Builds muscles round the tummy like you wouldn't believe!

Chocolate/cocoa comes from a bean. Beans are vegetables. Therefore, we should all be consuming at least 5 portions of chocolate a day.

Strina, if only that were true. This lot... ...have just lost a legal battle to prove that drinking five portions of smoothies a day is good enough. Apparently, it's not. However much you drink, it's only equivalent to ONE portion of fruit 'cos what we need is variety of nutrients etc. as well as quantity. So that's my lifestyle plans down the drain. Again.

Wouldn't it work if we drank five different smoothies? With perhaps some V8 vegetable juice?

I don't know what happened to my V8 vegetable juice picture there. It was all right when I posted it.
Good morning. I'm off to London later this morning, going to see my son's new house in Camberwell, or East Dulwich borders as he sarcastically calls it. I'm not at all sure that I really want to leave my quiet backwater for the noise and crowded chaos of London.

Hah. I live in Camberwell. In the grotty bit that's pretty much the diametrically opposite end of Camberwell from anything remotely resembling "East Dulwich borders". But I like it (It was the cheapest place I could find to live that was so close to Central London.) I hope your son enjoys his new home. There's a good community forum ( http://www.se5forum.org/) and a local blog ( http://www.camberwellonline.co.uk) Oh, and if he really IS "East Dulwich borders" there's an extremely good and busy East Dulwich forum too.

What a gorgeous morning! A high blue sky and a sunny, er, sun. All that`s missing is the sea to look out onto. Still two out of three`s not bad

Yay!! That makes it three out of three. Yessss! Mart, are we to read any significance into the total number of dots on your very fetching new outfit? Nine. Hmmm, multiples of three. Sure there`s some mystical significance there..... Oh, hang on, it`s my door number! No wonder it looked familiar
