Don't worry, your teenage daughter won't get dished -- although I appreciate the sentiment, as it's evidence that this thread is finally self-moderating nicely.

Jolly pleased to hear it!  Grin

At every one of these [classical] concerts in England you will find rows of weary people who are there, not because they really like classical music, but because they think they ought to like it. (Shaw, Don Juan in Hell)

Martle caught flauting the rules.

Well, I think it's a flute, which keeps me on topic, not that I realise that of course, because that would be off topic.

I only joined facebook because my wife joined it so she can stay in touch with friends - it all seems rather pointless as I'm never on line at the same time as her anyway and besides which, she's usually about 10ft away!
As for my friend who is on there as well, I'd rather email her than talk in real time.

Do you? I think that counts as an embarrassing, cringeworthy admission of ... well, poor eyesight at least.

I'd rather email her than talk in real time.

Actually, that does rather sound rather unpleasant - but I didn't mean it that way (it's unlikely she looks in here, and if you do Sam, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to sound nasty!!)  Wink

I imagine CD isn't Dishing b/c he's a complete facebook addict and is feeling sheepish.
