To kick off:

The Gestetner machine.

Though I rather miss those smudgy community circulars and parish magazines, the machines themselves were horrible, with ink all over the place and that horrid red liquid used for corrections on the skins.

Even worse , the banda (is that how it was spelt?) machine that the children loved as they smelt the sheets of paper and were on a high for the rest of the lesson. I remained covered in purple ink for most of my teaching life!!

Tippex?  But when I am doing my cartography on OS Maps I use a Tippex Mouse!  One continuous line of blanking out!  But without the desire to sniff it  Wink
