It is indeed the Sinfonia turchesca in C major by Franz Xaver Süßmayr...a particularly wacky piece, full of fun!

Hurrah!

Would we perhaps be correct in concluding that Member Inquisitor appears to be something of a fan of what is nowadays quite likely our pre-eminent local period instrument ensemble?

A clue for puzzle 214: I am informed that it contains the highest note yet written in an orchestral horn part. Despite not being by Haydn.
