Mr Grew , you are correct with number 129. Sung by Ian Bostridge with the Belcea quartet and Leon bosch on double bass.

If anyone likes this sound, it is on offer in HMV for £3, it includes songs by Debussy and Poulenc. I think it's great!!

135 is Messiaen's Turangalīla-Symphonie.

Correct Mr Barrett - and inside 2 minutes as well! (I'm sure that if you had allowed yourself a further 30 seconds, you might have had time to pinpoint it to the closing bars of Movt 5 - 'Joie du sang des Etoiles')

Indeed, it is from the final movement or the Bowdlerized version of that work (with a clarinet part which Mozart would surely not have written during that stay in Paris.)

A guess - Bryn's Puzzle 127 is Giya Kancheli.

As I cannot hear any of the clips   Sad  I will have a wild stab and say it's Mourned by the Wind.

Just for you, Anty, Puzzle 127 , not that it will help. I would only really expect SCGrew or autoharp to have much of a chance, but am happy to be proved wrong.
