during my lunch break ?

Lunch break is your time, so even more reason to make something of it!

What really gets you up in the morning Lord B?  When do you feel really energetic?  It's not necessarily routine that gets us there.....

This is good one, Martin. My mother tells me that if there is not much to do at the moment to take an opportunity to rest because the busy period is coming.

Yes, t-p, to cultivate the art of doing nothing, to be free of thought, to sit in a state of "choiceless awareness", to look aimlessly at the landscape, simply to be...

...there is great freedom in that position, without boredom.

Being bored is your own fault, Lord Byron.

Engage your brain and think of something different to do.

during my lunch break ?

yawnnnnsvillle time... boring work, boring after work...yawwwwwwwwnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn, oh well, think is because i had a long boring day yesterday, will get back into the old routine i think Wink
If boredom is really such a burden, try keeping a "to-do" list of things that you want to do; at least as far as creative activities it keeps me busy full-time.

The cure for boredom is curiosity. There is no cure for curiosity.
