Wanted to see if it was possible to upload a file created through Sibelius on here. I think this will work! So, for those of you of a certain generation or older, the following should evoke memories, release possible worlds, act in the manner of Proust's madeleine: (the rhyming really takes some beating)

Vampires are real, they suck the life force out of you. It's been far too long since anyone offered to do that to me (Hmmm. I'd just returned with the intention of deleting that but I see Ian has stymied me by quoting it.]

If I remember rightly, 'waiting for you' brings a surprising degree of harmonic extravagance, by introducing a II-7 chord into what is otherwise a consistent gamut of I, IV, and V. It symbolises the untold riches and mysterious delights in store for those who chose to partake of this fabulous offer.

My thoughts on that you tube Ian.. do you have to grin in that way and all wear the same tops before you go to Pontins , or does going there make you that way from when you put your foot in the door? Fortunately I have no actual experience of all this on which to draw. A

Wonder if you ever saw these, whilst we are on the holiday subject: This is a poster from the Skegness tourist authority: And this was Viz's take on it (for which the Skegness authorities tried to sue them on grounds of copyright): (apologies for the language in the above!)
