I read IGI`s link as `baboons` (Must get new specs) and thought `Hmm, evil baboons. Sounds intriguing`.  Why, oh why did I click the link?! I should have stuck with the baseball fellow. A thousand curses!

A nice , quiet game of Ludo, anyone?  Grin

It's really time to crack on with some work now...I've been 'busy' updating my catalogue of CDs under the pretence of it being 'work' for the last couple of days; it's been about two years since I last did it and I've been horrified at the number of CDs I've bought...coinciding with my time on the R3 messageboards....mmm, spot any link there?!

I always know when it's time to turn back to schoolwork when I end up dreaming of the place...last night I got so frustrated with the photocopier not working, I blew it up - rather a satisfying start to the day!  Shocked

I don't suppose that constructing a tentative theory along evolutionary lines as to precisely why these games might be so addictive given the way that they map deeply-embedded learning techniques useful to group survival, while playing them at the same time, would justify the time spent, would it?

No? Oh well, I expect you're right. I just thought I'd ask Sad

Yes, I'd love a game of Ludo. But I'm concerned about your 'postage stamp', Mort. 'Die Frau Ohne Avatar'. It's not right.

Talking of dreams, IGI, I had a strange one last night involving lesbian marsupials with laminated pouches. Goodness knows where these things come from.

I can see myself. Or at least Ithink I can see myself. Maybe it`s not myself I`m seeing at all. I blame tonybob. My brains are scrambled Huh Huh

Well it's probably just me, or my computer, but you seem to have shrunk to a little red x in the corner of where you should be.

But if I post this it will no doubt instantly reappear...

...which is therefore a good reason to post it....

....but if my computer knows that I am only doing it for that reason it won't work....

....unless I point out to it that I know what it's up to which will then confuse it ....

...but maybe you can't outwit a computer at that game....

...especially if it isn't even playing it .....

I think I need to get out more.

George,

As long as you don`t think that I`m a little x with you, or even a lot x  Grin Grin

By the way, Lesbian Marsupials with laminated pouches???  Hmmm, that could be the basis for an addictive game - they could have rocket launchers in their pouches and carry deadly bloons and ........

Oh dear, oh dear.

Plenty of laminating pouches on eBay Morticia, I've just ordered some so I can laminate some shell labels.  Anyone got a lesbain marsupial handy?

Ho Jonathan.  A brace of lesbian marsupial volunteers are, even now, on their way to you.  Be kind to them.
Cheers

`Hmmm. There`s something about `laminating pouches` that sounds just a tad risque` mused Morticia, before hurridlly grabbing the pruning shears and returning to The Battle of the Brambles.

Ho MorticiaaaAAA.  Take great care whilst you are brambling.  This picture, called Held in Brambles, is a dire warning.
Cheers

Thanks Soundwave, duckweed would be the usual foodstuff for them, I assume? Luckily, we have some in the canal nearby!

Morticia, I'd not thought of laminating pouches in any other way aside from things to laminate things with!  Good luck with the gardening...

Hurrah (1)  No less than four adverts for Laminated Pouches and 'Laminators - Pouch' have just appeared on the 'Sponsered' Link banner.

Hurrah (2)  Morticia's 'postage stamp' has reappeared.

What more could anyone ask from a Bank Holiday Monday?  Smiley
