You can never read too much Herder  Cheesy

Actually, to be honest, I don't think I've ever read any. All I know about him is through Isaiah Berlin's book on him and Vico. May or may not be fair to either.

One gets better faster with a cat like that. We have to help that cat to get better faster. Where are all marsupians?

Ho Trained Pianist.  How are things with you?  The old Boards are in a real mess aren't they?  They may recover but, I'm afraid, the discussions will be limited.  It's very sad.  I think I'd better have a nip of Scotch to cheer me up.
Cheers

Have a few of these

Yes, old boards don't have much discussion, but here it is friendly. And I love modify magic button that makes mistakes disapear.

Soundwave! How lovely to see a picture of the Great Man at last. I have to admit though that my mental image of you was a little taller. The headgear is particularly stylish. Where did you find it?

Ho Kitty.  Just a few little things I threw together from scraps of material.  How are you?  Sad atmosphere over in the "old place".  It'll never be the same again no matter what happens.

A,

Of course!  Didn't I tell you I ran away to the circus when I was younger?  Unfortunately, it was Picadilly Circus, so I had to learn to ride a bike in a peculiar way to cope with all the traffic.....

Ok, how do I attach a photo without using photobucket please?  I was going to try and attach a photo of our cat as he is sat beside me on the other chair by the computer...

The preference is that you have the photo somewhere ANYWHERE on the net that is linkable, like on your own website or a colleague's.  (so you can use http://...... . jpg) but if your photo was small (<50kb) then maybe Michael won't mind you attaching it into one message.
