Good morning, t-p,
First drink of the morning for me is usually cider vinegar in hot water (for health reasons); tea (herbal or ordinary) follows on later. Coffee very rarely, as it doesn't agree with me too well, and tends to wind me up too much....

Good morning Ron Dough. Another thing to have in the morning that is good for you is water from cucambers (marinated ones) or gurkins. This will really start you going. Also try buttermilk after that. That for sure will wind you up for the whole day (and beyond). I am always seraching for better and healthier ways to start my day.

Since Ron Dough started me on the topic of good health I want everybody to know that it is very good to eat an apple in the morning before your hearb tea. This is a good start One can have a little bit of cereal or poridge (not too much). There is no smoking of course before or after breakfast (or during the day). You can have yogurt (with no sugar or fruit in it). It is good for you. Of course it is better if you have you own tree with apples and make your own yogurt. But since I don't have the tree or yougurt making equipment I buy my in a supermarket. I don't even buy organic apples. I hope the ones I buy are not made out of plastic. What else can one have for breakfast for a successful day? I don't actually remember what we had for breakfast while camping in the summer in college. Can not remember now.

Yes, I know...I AM Happy with my beloved lover. It's his Birthday tomorrow, so Big Day out - no posts from me after today until back at work on Tues. AND my sister might come down for the weekend.. So maybe I'm HAPPY after all when you look at the whole picture !

At least this decree will pass by now and you don't have to think about it again. It is really not bad, like back to your childhood before difficulties begin.

I hope she will not replace me in your affections MiLord...
Not sure I'll ever marry again, I haven't gained a very good track record in the matrimonials department. Mind you, have been 29 yrs with soon-to-be-X. I suppose some would say that was a success....?

I'm not sure whether this is Happy or Rant. I love wisteria on houses, like this - BUT I am very jealous of people who have it (like my brother, for instance).

I love wisteria, it is a gorgeous tree. A house nearby has one. It was only planted 3 years ago but is now climbing around the windows, over the roof and generally looking fabulous. Also gently perfumed I think. Is that right, Mary?
