Had a lovely day at job interview yesterday (don't know if I got it or not - I rather suspect that they've offered it to someone else, and that they are thinking it over). No matter if I get offered the job or not, it was a really good day.
A lovely evening tonight with a beautiful lingering sunset.
Only two things could make me happier right now - I could have finished my PhD, and a certain someone could be visiting.
I like being happy.

You know hh mr tp was third and fourth on the list (by ranking) two times and he got the job.
I think other people got other offers.

Well, the person to whom I assume that the job has been offered is someone I know and respect.
I hope that he makes the best decision for him, whatever that means for me.
I've been listening to some brilliant music tonight, from Gibbons to Funky Gibbon.

I am happy today. I finally played with my clarinet student.
I am very tired, but it is over.
Our performance went reasonably well, but it started deteriorate as we approached the finish.
I don't think he will pass, but it was a good experience.

I am so glad it is over. Weber duo is a very difficult piece for pianists. I know it now the hard way.
The examiner was very nice man, kind of not very young. I don't know his name.

I'd be a lot happier if they found Madeleine McCann safe and well.  It's driving me up the wall.

So do we Milly.  Lynn always looks at MSN for any news after she's checked her hotmail.

On a happy note for the happy room, I have now got my new car!

What car did you get? What colour is it? I like blue and green. Red cars are good too. I like silver car and grey.

Hi t-p,
It's black and a Honda Civic 1.8 SE.  It's really comfortable as well, much better for my arthritic hips!  Don't know what the stereo is like yet though although the car is quieter than the old one so it should make quiet paino music easier to listen to in the car!

Oh dear t_p, you are letting down the feminine world when you ask ONLY about the darn colour. Millions of pounds of automotive development, and you ask about the darn colour  Cheesy

The car has to make one happy. If one sees the car and it makes him/her happy, then it is good.
I like to look at different cars, though I don't know one from another. But I keep looking.

Black Honda is very elegant. I think Honda is a good car. We had a Honda Civic one time and it was very good.
Congratulation ones again Jonathan. From now on when I will see Honda Civic I wll think of you.

This one is grey (or is it silver?).
