That will do me nicely, A. Good colours, there. I'll take it!

Like your waves, t-p, too.

I agree completely Martin, I love the sea... I always feel so much better when I am near it.

Ho "A".  The outer Hebrides but I'm not sure where.

I found it a useful conversation. I never knew where Hebrides are and Mendelssohn's Overture was amistery to my.

This is called sea meadow.

I have to say soundwave's picture has beautiful calm in it.

HO S`wave!

I don`t care exactly where in the Outer Herbrides it is, I just want to be there! I can almost smell the air. That sky is fabulous. It seems to stretch on forever. Wistful sigh.

Big thank you to T-P and Soundwave - My late uncle used to have a croft on Lewis but I never got to see it.

My sister's up in Orkney - right off the top of Scotland, t-p:

where there's lots and lots of sky - also fairly constant gales and lots and lots of rain!

If one sits by the nice fire warm and cozy gales are not too bad. It is so idealic: lamb, sky, no traffic.
I am in a relatively small town (big compare to Aberystwyth), but traffic is awful now. They build and build, but there are only two lanes (one in each direction), often there is no pedestrian pavement, good luck to you if you are pedestrian because one has to dodge traffic. I have to say they are polite.
This is the oldest church. It is protestant and used to be rich. Now they rent it to other denominations some times (orthodox). Prist there is very nice and is married to a half Russian woman.

It is medieval church. Sometimes there are concerts in there. It is a bit echoing.

Baby rhino update: just been watching the black rhino calf jumping around, she appears to be doing well.

You can even suggest a name for her! http://www.bbc.co.uk/devon/content/articles/2007/03/06/rhino_name_feature.shtml
