I like that. Thank you, A. I like this little thing. How nice. She beats her wings very fast. She looks like she is smiling and very happy. And how light she is. I love it, I love it, I love it. I am happy now in the morning. (Surprise). And the sun is shining today.
Anybody else is happy today?

I am glad, A. Mine is not new and grumpy, but he is all mine and we went through a lot together. (A lots of wear and tear. (hope my spelling is not on vocation today) We have new toys in smileys now. I feel like I am in kindergarden. Play time!!. That bird is full of joy. I love that one.

Edible goodies. Little cakes and biscuits and chocolate, and things I haven't opened yet. Sometimes enjoyment of the good things in life is more important than one's waistline. My son loves Japan. He was in Phoenix, Arizona the week before and finds Tokyo a lot more polite and civilised. (Oh dear, I hope there isn't anyone from Arizona reading this.)

A - is that a long-tailed tit? I have lots of those, too. Almost nicer than goldfinches, like fairy birds.

The sushi would be rather difficult to send by post, t-p! The goodies from the hotel are international, I think, but no less nice for that. The ones I hadn't opened turned out to be marrons glaces (should have an acute accent there), candied chestnuts, my favourite thing. Definitely French, not Japanese.

Oh, Marry, that sounds and look delicious. How about I am going to have a cup of tea with them right now. I have a nice piece of chocolate here too. I am very happy now. A nice cup of tea with a good chocolate. I have Ferrero Rocher. Ups, the student is here (she is late) I have tea later then.

Another odd thing about long-tailed tits.......
They are always on the move in little groups of half a dozen or so. Now is it just me......or do they always enter stage right and exit stage left? How does that work?
