I get goldfinches sometimes Mary but not this early in the year.  They are very beautiful.

A - I could have shown Alfie.  His pedigree is impeccable and he's a wonderful specimen even though he is (like all my other dogs have been) a rescue dog.  The breeder had stud rights on him and the person I took him from bought the breeder out because I didn't want to use him at stud, nor show him.  I haven't the time.

The thing with Boxers is that people take the gorgeous little puppies on, and don't realise how intelligent they are - how bored they become if left alone, how strong their jaws are....they can demolish a sofa in an afternoon....how much exercise they need....etc., etc.

Ho Milly,

Here is the smooth version ! ( I don't have pictures of my dogs on computer, I had them too long ago!)
My parents use to bread bulldogs, gorgeous!

Mmm, breaded bulldog. Makes a delicious change from One-Dog Stew!

I like pointy board dogs and the way they use their anputs to budge you if they want something.  Usually a biscuit, strokes, or to go out.

What has happened to all the redwings we used to get?

Apart from admiring the skill of being able to post photos, I have enjoyed being able to see the bird pictures. A few years ago I bought some RSPB tapes to teach recognition of bird songs and learnt the songs of the general garden birds, although a little shaky on one or two. I cannot see the real birds but by using the magnification to make the picture fit the screen I can see them. Lovely.

A good step forward for me will be to achieve a smiley! What do I do, please?
Finding and following 'help' instructions is quite tricky.

SusanDoris, you can click on smeley when you post your message. You will not see a smiley right away, but it will appear on your post.

The other smileys are in Announcements. You have to get them from there. Then click on one of them (on the third last line of their code with the part of a mouse that copies it, I think it is the left side, Then go to your post and click with the other side (right) and it will appear. You will not see it right away, only after you post it.

Kitty , I don't believe your pets love each other so much. That cat is really enjoying dog's protection.
