Is it a 1960's trendy Yehudi Menuhin on the right?

No. Wrong continent.

Charles Ives in the middle?

I reckon Partch is surrounded by a couple of his players - but not Dean Drummond. Bloke on left could possibly be Danlee Mitchell - but thought he had longer hair + specs - on the other hand if the photo's from the mid 60s ? The other chap - Michael Ranta ? I guess none of them are twins so it won't be Castor + Pollux. They're not hanging around in Barstow are they ?

If it's at his home in California then it's when they recorded And on the Seventh Day Petals Fell in Petaluma, 1964 ?

I think that it was actually taken in Petaluma, where Partch had a very temporary studio.
So, we have
Who: Harry Partch, Danlee Mitchell and Michael Ranta
Where: Petaluma
When: 1964
What: And on the Seventh Day Petals Fell in Petaluma

Perelman with conductor whos name I can not remember (I think he studies with Karoyan). Is it Ozawa?
The next picture is Kissin (pianist), then cellist Yo-Yo Ma, the next is Gilels? and don't have any idea who the two women are.
