Sweelinck and Ockeghem are correct. 11 is a bit obscure so I'll tell you that he's English. 13 and 15 are photos from the start of their careers.

Right time period, wrong country. I said that he's English and I meant it! I'll even tell you that he was born in London. He lived longer than Field as well.

OK Composers 11 and 15 are proving to be quite tricky, so here are some clues. Composer 11 met Beethoven and gave the British premieres of concerti by Mozart, Beethoven and (conducting) Mendelssohn. He is historically associated with the Royal Academy of Music. Here are three photos of composer 15, taken at various stages in his life:
