Ahem. Nervous shuffling of feet. Sound of papers being shuffled in an agitated manner. Further nervous cough. Sound of microphone being tentatively tapped.

Massed chorus of Wafflers  `Oh get on with it Mort!!`.

`Ah, right. As you were chaps. Let the Waffle recommence! And Gawd bless all who sail in her. Or him. Even it. Kind of thing`.

Hmmm. Well it doesn't look too bad. A reasonable amount of cupboard space. I'm not sure I would have put the desk against that wall though. Oh, I see, it's because of the position of the light switch. Hmmm. Maybe......if that chair was against the wall instead. I think we might change those curtains at some point though.

Right, if you would like to put the kettle on I'll bring the rest of the luggage in.

Maybe something with more of a sense of occasion than the current rose patterned wincyette ones? I was a bit pushed for time.


 Oh, by the way, mind that low beam in the kitch..... Sigh. Would you like a cold compress on that?
