I think you can rely on it to be wet though!  We have escaped really serious flooding in this area because sand is very good drainage  Grin.   That said, this morning my front drive was flooded in part and also the front of my garage.

The honeymooning couple have been ringing me on a daily basis to inform me that it's 90 degs in Puerto Banus and has been so from the time they arrived.  They drove to Seville today.  I'll show pics when (if) I ever have any.

The floods they've been showing on the news have been horrendous!  The weather has really gone barmy these last few years hasn't it?   Roll Eyes

Thank you. You are a jewel. I would miss it.

I like it this performance a lot so far. Strange to hear the audience coughing, but Paul Lewis handled it well and they are quite now.

I am not good with mobile phone. If it would be a computer then it would be different.

eruanto! Yes, I'd be like that, excpet that my dad died a couple of years ago.  Sad Mind you, he never liked the commercialsm of Fathers Day. Niether does my Mum of Mothers Day; except if I do miss it, you can bet I hear about it!
You going to make the drinks and Indian nosh in Croydon on the 29th, then?  Smiley

i'm not sure, to be honest. seems to have transmogrified into a celebration of the art of smoking  Grin which, though it may be a serious pastime of many impudent hobbits, i've yet to see the attraction of. erm, depends which side of the rollercoaster i will be hanging off.

I haven't got a card for my dad either, but I can never remember whether this is something that he minds.
I remember that he was a little annoyed the first time we got him a card but I think he's mellowed since then.
I'm writing some accompaniments for three of Cardew's Ode Machines so that I can record them on Monday night and then play them back while four of us perform the rest of the realisation I've made of Paragraph 5 of The Great Learning.
Tomorrow night is a concert of a mass by Thomas Ashwell (on Ave Maria) along with a Salve Regina by Richard Pygott.
It's all go.
Took my last regular Saturday gamelan this afternoon. I'll miss it.
Hopefully going to Birmingham on Thursday.
These have become d i s c o n n e c t e d  t h o u g h t s rather than coherent waffle.
Hum.
