...er mornin all... ugh

Actually, I feel fine! Even if I don't strictly deserve to. I had one of those Thai soups that look like dirty washing-up water but taste wonderful, with mushrooms, prawns, lemongrass etc., mashed pork and prawn dumplings, and a delicious and pretty fiery red duck curry. I hadn't been to this place before. It's above a very ordinary-looking pub and you sort of have to 'know about it'; but it's well worth a visit. For you Brightonians out there, and anyone visiting, it's The Pond, Gloucester Road - very near Brighton station.

I've just been trundling around TOP, a rather depressing experience Sad but I have brought back a small souvenir from the excursion. www.freemosquitoringtone.org/  Hope the link works Undecided

Sadly, it would appear that my auditory function is that of a 2,000 year old person Cry A word of caution to those with cats. My chaps started clawing and generally battering the speakers at sound levels that my puny human ears couldn't detect Shocked

Morty, I hope you read all that thread and noted that the top frequency supposedly represented is above the threshold of the sample rate that was used to try and capture it, so that file is silent anyway. Wink

Bryn, yes I did realise it isn't exactly a clinical study but, as a bit of light entertainment for a Saturday morning I fort, what the hell!? Grin

Anna, your results confirm what I have always suspected. You are an unruly 16 year old Hoodie with a brick stuffed down your T-shirt  given to loitering outside Scummerfields while thoughts of anarchy, mayhem and the destruction of civilisation compete with the insatiable desire to obtain oblivion by ODing on a KFC bucket of fries. With extra ketchup! Cheesy Cheesy

Madame Anteil, I apologise unreservedly for any offence that I may have caused to your good self in the matter of the consumption of potatoes of dubious provence.  Now, calm down and 'ave some of these beauties! Grin
