have you a dry wit, then hh!!!

It's also to do with the fact that I never smile.
What never?
Well... hardly ever.

Headache is threatening to come back so my course of action is to go to the pub. Is that wise? No. But I haven't been out all day, and I haven't been to the pub for over a month. And that wasn't good. I'm going to a pub and I'm going to have a pint. And no headache is going to stop me. GRRRRRR.

h-h - in case you didn't know, headaches occur because of dilation and constriction of the blood vessels.  Alcohol causes that to happen - which is the main reason why people get hangovers, although dehydration plays a part.  If you already have a headache, it will only make it worse - and if you have a migraine, it could be positively dangerous.  Do think carefully..... Sad

Thinking was not on the agenda last night. Unfortunately drinking was. Too much of it.
Fortunately it wasn't a migraine, but today I am seriously hungover and have repaired to my bed. It serves me right.

Is it just me, or is the smell of toast wonderfully restorative?

It's not just you.

Of course the taste is something again. Especially coupled with that of Vegemite.  Cool

# 4521      Yes, A, I also thought it was Eru in pensive Hamlet disposition:   "How all occasions do inform against me..." mode.   Ironically, in the 70s and 80s, Bernard Haitink used to turn and talk with the Prommers where eru stood during movement breaks.    He always wore a white DJ then but perhaps his black tails indicated "For I have that within that passeth show..." solemnity,  more suited to Mahler 6.

Are you seeing your avatar as I'm seeing it, bbm? Let me know if that's not how you want it.

Aye, it was me. I can only hope I didn't look too distraught.
