A fine haul there, Ian although that site wasn't my source actually. Mine came from this book ......which you can buy from a little bookshop, which looks just as it ought to, just opposite the British Museum. The edition I have has a much more sober cover than this one, a picture of dry as dust bookshelves. They've obviously gone for a more populist second edition . There are plenty more examples in there (well, a bookfull) but sadly not all of them have pictures of their dust-jackets on the web. Scouts In Bondage How to Abandon Ship A Study of Liverpudlian Water-Cocks How to Enjoy Sex While Conscious Play with Your Own Marbles Making It In Leather The Potatoes of Bolivia Penetrating Wagner's Ring You Can Make A Stradivarius Violin Who's Who in Barbed Wire ......and many more . All absolutely genuine.

I hope this thread will not disappear because I did not copy the names of books. I noticed that they make covers populists now which pushes me away. But now I found that one can not judge book by its cover. These books have good covers by the way, very attractive.

Yes, I have to agree that they are similar to breasts. It must be a magic cure for some of us.

George, that would be 'Gosh' Comics, I think? A treasure trove of subversive stuff, mostly graphic novels and comics, but other stuff too. Or are you thinking of somewhere else? Anyway, you're all giving us a bad name over at TOP. The bunker crew are citing waffle, bells, whistles and infantilism as reasons to steer clear of this board. It's all a bit sad.
