The last time we hacked our way through the undergrowth to Lunnon the South Wales contingent was lead by Uncle Idris.

I've never been, but always have images of a 'Randy' american.
What do you mean, Michael? You've never been to Lunnon???

I'm going to be in Durham on Friday I'm afraid.
Haven't made it to a single r3ok get together yet.
Do post some photos so that us poor benighted ones can take part vicariously with our noses pressed against screens.

Is anyone planning to bring a camera on Friday to capture the Yuletide Rogues Gallery?

Ooh yes, please do, someone.

I seem to remember Ian had one last time but was mysteriously unable to extract any pictures from it the next day. I shall bring garlic this time in the hope of preventing an unfortunate recurrence of that situation.

I guess we can rely on Ian to bring the steak Grin

There is a slim chance I might actually make it after all.  I'm thinking back to every office Christmas party I have ever attended; generally speaking I go to the sit-down meal and then run like the wind as soon as the disco starts Grin

Basically, it depends who else is at the office party.  If enough of the "can't stand discos or overpriced rubbish bottled beer" contingent are in attendance (otherwise known as the escape committee) I'm sure I will stay there till late.  If they're not, I might join you Smiley
