A quick word of warning from the disorganised local who has only just got round to sorting out his ticket ....

Tickets are selling fast and there aren't many left, so, unless you want to end up behind a pillar, now is the time to book.

SHRIEK!!!  You're not the only disorganised one, PW! In a state of almost panic I have now registered on the Dome site. Can't book until I have received confirmation. Oh WHY can't I be more organised? <fingerscrossedemoticon>

Guys, carry on trying to book, but I'm sure there's no need to panic! Great that it's selling, but there are always a lot of no shows. I'll get you all in, fear not. Many of the regulars at these concerts cop out at the last minute.

Am away, but will check in on this...

Damn. It didn't occur to me that it might sell out (I'm ever the optimist about such things).

Has anyone investigated availability in the last day or two? I don't quite feel up to it tonight but will phone them tomorrow if needs be.

What time does the concert start? 1pm seems quite late to be meeting ... or is it a 3pm kick-off?

Recap for the hard of sleeping:

Suggested meet-up time: 1.00pm (onwards) at the Waggon and Horses (map posted earlier in thread, but directly opposite the Dome entrance). I shall be there at 1.00, pretty much on the dot, perhaps with a certain Doughish companion.  Smiley

Concert: 2.45pm, in said Dome place thingy.

If the trains are going to be diverted into Hove, do any of you coastal dwellers know how frequent the rail replacement bus service is? And will I have to pay excess baggage for my bucket and spade? Grin

And I'm expecting to be there at exactly the same time, perhaps accompanied by An Instance of Martledom  Wink

Mort, they're actually very good about meeting diverted trains with buses. )Gawd knows, it happens often enough... Roll Eyes ) So, just pop yourself and your tools onto one, get orf at Brighton, and mosey down Queens Road until you get to Church Rd on the left, go down there, the W&H is on the left, enter, park yourself on a barstool, allow Ron to buy you a drink!  Grin

No need for bucket and spades, brighton is all a load of cobbles and flints beach wise.
