Very good to see you here, SH: even though the name has changed, I hope your style's as individual as ever.  Wink

One supposes it was the Inchcape Rock which attracted this new member and decided him to take the plunge.

SH?

Sorel's Humerus?

Snack-Happy?

Smurf Housing?

Sincere Hybris?

Selenium Hydroxide?

I think it's the latter. Welcome, regardless.

SH is my initials. I couldn't think of anything else. Years ago I only hit on the Julien Sorel thing because I used to be JS on the old BBC Message Boards and J is the first letter of my middle name (I have a middle name, Mum & Dad being in an expansive mood at the time). So JS was the first letter of my middle name followed by the first letter of my first name. Whereas SH is the first letter of my first name followed by the first letter of my last name.

I am deficient in imagination.

HH

Thanks. All's well, and no.

The two probably aren't unrelated Huh

I'm re-reading Barry MacSweeney (Wolf Tongue: Selected Poems 1965-2000 which takes me back a bit )

and reading Andrea Brady's Vacation of a Lifetime which I'd not encountered before, which is how out of touch I is.

Perhaps I should hit the Poetry thread Smiley
