Thanks for that Kitty, but I think it has died for me.

Calm down! The atmosphere isn't "completely soured", and I'm sure you too have had moments of being sick and tired of some of the people around you.

Well, thanks for completely souring the atmosphere of the board before leaving. How absolutely charming. I actually have done nothing except make a comment in the form of 'erm' which is apparently ok for everyone, absolutely everyone EXCEPT t-p How is saying, 'I am leaving' souring a board? do explain. As I was asked to say in future:- 'Please could you possibly tell me exactly what it is you mean?'

I am sorry people. It is all my fault. On the second thought I probably don't belong. Who knows where I belong anyway. Thank you for putting up with me for so long. I really had a good. I learnt a lot from all of you and I grew to like you all. Sorry for my last mistakes. I am really upset for now, but I will be ok tomorrow, I know.
Have a good time everybody. Sorry again. Good luck
Sorry A, it is all my mistake. My English is really bad. Everything is somehow out of proportion. God bless you all. Forget it if you can. Please go on. I am just passing by. Thank you for everything.

I meant that messages such as replies 1443, 1448, 1458, 1462 and 1467 soured the atmosphere of the board.

Hey t-p, this isn't WWIII! Just take a break, make yourself a cup of tea, and come back refreshed. Re. Richard's comment - what was it that Cage said, "I have nothing to say and I am saying it and that is poetry as I need it".

The atmosphere is a bit choppy at the mo, but not `completely soured`. A small matter has escalated with the result that one member feels misjudged and unsupported, while another feels very supported. Let`s not create a Winner and Loser situation. Richard made a valid point above.

I do have an accent , and I AM proud of it 1448... just commenting on humour or lack of it 1458.. just commenting on the complete siding with t-p at the expense of ALL I say... I felt quite victimised as all the men were saying how wonderful t-p is and I apparently am not even worth a comment... can't you see how I felt?.... victimised for one little comment...I really, really couldn't understand what she was saying... I said 'erm'... and not 'I am really sorry, but could you please tell me if you would just what it is you are trying to say?' I thought these were fun boards where we could just chat and say erm if we wanted to. But no.... I was reprimanded.

And I'll risk being called patronising by saying that I have no right to be critical of other people's posts and withdraw my remarks above ( no point in deleting them since they have been seen )

increpatio, Could I possibly interest you in another slice of Battenburg with your cup of Assam? Or there`s the magnificent lemon cheesecake over there? Maybe a sliver of chocolate cake with almonds? Wonderfully moist! Apple cake? Home made. Maybe you`d like to switch to Earl Grey? Or Darjeeling? Scones? With jam and cream? Oh look, here`s the Vicar .....

Actually, on second though, I rather like the idea of a really poncey mug of hot chocolate, the bitter variety, maybe with some cream on top so it's a little unhealthy. If I drank I might add rum or something (Actually, what is the best spirit for adding to hot chocolate (other than Baileys). With toast. If I wasn't so full I might be pushed to try some bakewell tart or this rather night chocolate and hazelnut brownie that a vegetarian restaurant near me make...(or I might try make it myself). [Edit: Actually. A small slice of homemade apple cake, provided it isn't all cloved-up, might go down quite well now]. Oh, if only my oven was working I could make some bread; cup of tea and some freshly baked bread! Oh. But yes: fecking landlord; I swear! Had someone come over to fix it last week; but it stopped working again within three days. Grrrr. I wants mah oven! I miss mah bakin & roastin!

Am I allowed to reiterate something from a few weeks ago - if one doesn't like someone's posts, why not just scroll past them? As long as they abide by the forum rules, do we really need to stand in judgement?
